A customer contacted us in great distress because a hole suddenly appeared in their bathroom shower wall. Within a day, Mendor Prifti, personally visited the customer’s location to assess the required work. Early the following morning, Mendor acquired the necessary materials and spent six hours fixing the wall. He removed and replaced the decaying wood caused by water leaks, installed a new sheet rock, placed tiles over it, and ensured it was waterproofed.
In less than 24 hours from the initial call, the customer had a completely new shower wall. Since the customer was expecting family the next day, the urgency was high. We managed to complete the entire job within the allocated budget, under time pressure and ensured the client’s satisfaction.
